Application for Celebrate Vermont Festival

Use this form to apply to participate in the Celebrate Vermont Festival in three simple steps:

  1. Fill out and submit form
  2. Email at least 3 photos of your work/product to info@celebratevermontfestival.com. You may also send digital images (.jpg or .tif on a cd) via mail to the address below.
  3. Submit payment of your Festival deposit (this will be refunded if you are not accepted, checks will not be deposited unless you are accepted). Pay via credit card using the PayPal link on the next page after submitting this application (all major credit cards accepted, PayPal account not required), call 802-425-3399 to give your credit card information over the phone, or send a check to: Celebrate Vermont Festival PO Box 297 Charlotte, VT 05445
